What is a safety statement?
A safety statement represents a commitment by an employer to health and safety, and is managed by the employer.
In accordance with the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005, all employers are required to hold a written Safety Statement.
A safety statement is established through the identification of workplace hazards and completion of a workplace risk assessment.
